Hoe verander ik de standaard herinneringstijd voor gebeurtenissen die de hele dag duren in Outlook?

Normaal gesproken is de standaardherinneringstijd voor een gebeurtenis die de hele dag duurt 18 uur in Outlook 2007/2010 en 0.5 dag in Outlook 2013. Soms komt de standaardherinneringstijd voor een gebeurtenis die de hele dag duurt, niet overeen met uw werkschema. Hier zullen we de manier introduceren om de standaard herinneringstijd van gebeurtenissen die de hele dag duren in Microsoft Outlook te wijzigen.

De volgende stappen zullen u begeleiden om de standaardherinneringstijd van een evenement dat de hele dag duurt in Microsoft Outlook te wijzigen.

Stap 1: Maak een nieuw evenement dat de hele dag duurt:

  1. Klik in Microsoft Outlook 2010 en 2013 op het Nieuw item > Afspraak op de Home tab;
  2. Klik in Microsoft Outlook 2007 op het Dien in > New > Afspraak.

Stap 2: Vink in het Afspraakvenster de optie aan van All day event achter de Starttijd gearchiveerd. Zie screenshot:

Stap 3: Ga naar de Opties groep op de Event tab en klik op de Reminder: box en specificeer een nieuwe herinneringstijd in de vervolgkeuzelijst.

Stap 4: Stel dit evenement dat de hele dag duurt samen en klik op het Opslaan en sluiten knop.

Met de volgende VBA-macro kunt u de standaardherinneringstijd van gebeurtenissen die de hele dag duren in Microsoft Outlook 2013 eenvoudig wijzigen.

Stap 1: Open het Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications-venster door op de anders + F11 toetsen tegelijkertijd.

Stap 2: Vouw in het linkerdeelvenster het Microsoft Outlook-objectenen plak de volgende VBA-macro in het DezeOutlookSessie.

VBA: wijzig de standaardherinneringstijd van gebeurtenissen die de hele dag duren in Outlook 2013

Opmerking: Het aantal 360 betekent een standaard herinneringstijd van 360 minuten, en u kunt deze naar behoefte wijzigen.

Stap 3: Sla de VBA-macro op en start uw Microsoft Outlook 2013 opnieuw.

Opmerking: deze VBA-macro werkt niet alleen voor evenementen die de hele dag duren, maar wijzigt ook de standaardherinneringstijd van afspraken en vergaderingen in Outlook 2013.
Als u vanaf nu een nieuw All-day Event in Microsoft Outlook aanmaakt, verandert de herinneringstijd automatisch in 6 uur na het opslaan.

In Outlook 2016 the default reminder time for all day events is still 18 hours, at least in my setup with a fresh install of 2016 on a clean system. I skipped over version 2013 so I can't say for certain, but it seems strange that MS would change it to 0.5 days (12 hours) in 2013 and then change back to 18 hours in 2016. I suppose the default value could be stored within the PST file and carried forward in this manner, meaning whatever version's value you start with is what you are stuck with on upgrade unless you use a fresh PST. It would be nice to get some clarity on this very first sentence of the article.

Microsoft is so often about options. There's 2 or 3 ways to do almost anything. Mouse, keyboard, shortcuts. Options for this and that. But sometimes, and on this occasion, they just say, it's OUR WAY or NOTHING.

Scary. There are no positive comments. And, even more disturbing...no replies! I, for one, am looking for a permanent fix so that my Outlook 2010 All Day Appointments' default reminder is .5 day rather than 18 hours. There's nothing worse than be awoken (at home) at 6 am for a work reminder.

this solution does not change the "default reminder time" . It sets (to a constant time) either the reminder time for one appointment, or the reminder time for all existing appointments. The default reminder time is the value set by outlook when you make a new appointment. Do you know how to change that value? More specifically the reminder time for events, all-day events.

Normally I accept the default reminder time for my appointments when entering them into my calendar. But for one category I need at least a reminder 24 hours (possibly more) reminder. How would I change the 2013 VBA code to automatically set the reminder for my desired time.
