Hoe voeg ik alle randen toe aan cellen met snelkoppelingen in Excel?

Zoals u weet, worden in Excel standaard geen randen toegevoegd voor cellen. Soms wilt u misschien randen op cellen toepassen om ze opvallend te maken. Hier zal ik enkele snelkoppelingen introduceren om alle randen toe te voegen of te verwijderen, evenals de opdracht Rand om randen toe te passen in Excel.

Voeg alle randen toe of verwijder ze met snelkoppelingen in Excel

Voeg alle buitengrenzen toe met snelkoppelingen van Ctrl + Shift + &: Selecteer de cellen waaraan u alle buitenranden wilt toevoegen en druk vervolgens op Ctrl + Shift + & toetsen tegelijkertijd, nu zult u zien dat de buitengrenzen voor geselecteerde cellen onmiddellijk worden toegevoegd.

Voeg alle randen toe met de snelkoppeling van anders - H - B - A: Selecteer het bereik waaraan u alle randen wilt toevoegen en druk vervolgens op anders, H, B, A toetsen een voor een. Zie screenshot:

Verwijder alle randen met snelkoppelingen van Ctrl + Shift + _: Selecteer het bereik waarvan u alle randen wilt wissen en druk op Ctrl + Shift + _ toetsen tegelijkertijd, dan ziet u dat alle randen uit het geselecteerde bereik zijn verwijderd.

Voeg alle randen toe aan cellen met de opdracht Rand in Excel

Naast sneltoetsen kunnen we ook de opdracht Rand toepassen om eenvoudig alle randen aan geselecteerde cellen in Excel toe te voegen.

1. Selecteer de cellen waaraan u alle randen in Excel wilt toevoegen.

2. Ga naar de Home Klik op het tabblad en klik vervolgens op Grens > Alle grenzen. Zie screenshot:

Vervolgens ziet u dat alle randen in één keer aan geselecteerde cellen worden toegevoegd.

if you are new on Excel then try this Shortcuts ... no One will tell about this .
1 : For Spelling Check ( Just Select the Sentence or Word and Hold ALT Key and press R + S or just press only F7 after Selecting the Text )
2 : For Wrap Text ( Select the Box and Hold ALT and press H +W )
3: To Copy and Paste your Text in to New Excel Sheet ( Hold CTRL +A +C + N+ V ) and you are Done
4: For New Sheet ( Hold CTRL +N )
5: To Find Some Thing In Your Sheet ( Hold CTRL + F or CTRL + H)
6: To Save Your Documents ( Hold CTRL + S or ALT + 1 )
7: To Close Your Current Sheet ( CTRL + W )
8: To Copy ( CTRL + C )
9: To Paste ( CTRL + V )
10: To Cut ( CTRL + X )

You are right! Pressing Alt – H – B – A keys successively will add all borders to the selection.
