Hoe voeg ik hetzelfde e-mailadres toe aan een lijst met namen in Excel?

Als u de voornamen van een aantal contacten in een kolom heeft en de achternaam in een andere kolom, wilt u nu voor elk van hen e-mailadressen maken door hun voor- en achternaam te combineren als de gebruikersnamen en hetzelfde e-maildomein te gebruiken, zoals google.com, hoe kunt u de e-mailadressen snel maken? Als de voornamen in kolom A, achternaam in kolom B, en u hetzelfde e-mailadres voor de namen wilt maken, doet u het volgende:

1. Typen = CONCATENATE (A1, ".", B1, "@ google.com") zie screenshot in cel C1:

2. druk op Enter toets en sleep vervolgens de rechter vulgreep om het bereik te vullen. Zie screenshot:

Opmerking:Je kan veranderen "" en "google.com" om aan je behoefte te voldoen. Bijvoorbeeld typen =CONCATENATE (A1, "", B1, "@ yahoo.cn"), zie screenshot:

Als u de e-mails als hyperlinks moet toevoegen, kunt u formule typen = HYPERLINK (A1 & B1 & "@ google.com"), zie screenshot:

Druk vervolgens op Enter knop en sleep vervolgens de rechter vulgreep om het bereik te vullen. Zie screenshot:

Opmerking:Je kan veranderen "google.com" om aan je behoefte te voldoen.

1. Selecteer alle namen waaraan u een e-mailadres wilt toevoegen en klik op Kutools > Samenvoegen en splitsen > Combineer rijen, kolommen of cellen zonder gegevens te verliezen. Zie screenshots:

2. Vervolgens in de pop-up dialoogvenster, doe zoals hieronder.

(1) Controleren Combineer kolommen;

(2) Controleren Ruimtes in Geef een scheidingsteken op sectie;

(3) Specificeer de positie waarnaar u het resultaat wilt plaatsen;

(4) Selecteer de gewenste maaidorseroptie.

3. klikken Ok, houd vervolgens de combineercellen geselecteerd en klik op Kutools > Tekst > toe te voegen tekst. Zie screenshot:

4. In de toe te voegen tekst dialoogvenster, typ gewoon het e-mailadres dat u nodig hebt in het tekstvak van Tekst, controleer dan Na het laatste karakter. Zie screenshot:doc voeg hetzelfde e-mailadres toe 04

5. klikken Ok. nu worden de e-mails aan de namen toegevoegd.

saya Ada Customer anggap saja Namanya A.
Tapi Customer A ini mempunyai 2 PIC dan masing masing punya email.
Nah untuk Alamat emailnya ini apakah bisa diketik dalam 1 Cell yang mencakup 2 emailnya atau 1 email harus 1 Cell ??
Karena rencana saya mau buat Pesan Otomatis ke PIC masing masing.
kalau memang beberapa alamt email bisa diketik dalam 1 cell itu pemisalhnya simbol apa agar semua email bisa aktif dalam 1 cell tersebut.

dan Untuk Customer ada beberapa ya.

Question, I have a project where I have last name Petterson and First name Steven-Marco. I need to make an email address that goes . How do you cut the -Marco part with a single formula?

Hi, Tom, supposing your first name Steven-Marco in cell A1, please use the formula =LEFT(A1,(FIND("-",A1,1)-1)) to extract Steven only. This formula extract the string before "-" from the cell. Hope this help you.

Hi,
My name is Vanessa and i work for the sales dept. in my organization. My job demands to send hundreds of email everyday.

Can anyone help me to create email ids for different companies/domains. I have a list of few companies and all have different formats of email ids.
I know the email id formats of all the companies, however, don't waste to spend time creating emails everyday. Is there a way to run a macro in such a way that i just provide the name of the company and first name and last name of multiple people and have the email ids ready?

hi，Vanessa，list all companies， first names and last names in separate three columns， then in a blank column which you want to get the email, type this formula =L1&"_"&M1&"_"&N1&"@google.com",L1 is the company name, M1 is the first name, N1 is the last name, _ is the connector, @google.com is the email format you use.

Hi, great tip!


Question; is there a way to automatically switch out "forbidden" characters in the email? For example, swedish uses three characters not allowed in the address but they will be written out in the name. When we have names with these three letters Å, Ä and Ö, we replace them in mails and websites with A, A and O. This is what i'd like to do...

Sorry, I have not found the automatical way. But you can apply th Find and Replace function by pressing Ctrl + H to find the characters and then replace. Or you can apply Kutools for Excel's Prevet Typing feature to forbid some characters entering.
